Heart Ears VideoOften we are uncertain about what to do and say when someone we know is grieving. Here is one thing that is always appropriate to do: Be a Heart with ears.
Be a Heart With Ears
Grieving or not, we all want to feel heard.
People will feel heard when we:
Listen with love and patience.
Listen with no judgment.
Listen with no expectation.
Listen without trying to give them feedback.
Some grievers would share their feelings.
Some grievers would share fun joyful memories.
Some grievers tell jokes and random stories.
Just listen with love and be there for them.
Be a Heart With Ears.

Be Very Obsessed without attachmentObsession often gets a bad reputation. Actually, obsession is very good for helping us manifest our most important vision as long as we can do it without attachment. Obsession, according to Dictionary.com, is the domination of one's thought or feeling by an idea or an image. Obsession has nothing to do with attachment. We don't want to be attached because attachment actually repels our heart desire. We want to be obsessed without being attached.
NOT for Nothing.Life does not put us through misery for nothing. But it is up to us to persist and find the hidden good.
